Is there a minimum order?
No. Orders under ₹499 carry a ₹30 delivery charge. From ₹499, delivery is free.
What are the delivery charges?

Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes. Oils, ghee, flours, masalas, dry fruits and snacks travel well, so we ship them across India. A few fresh, short-life items stay Bengaluru-only — the product page will always tell you.
When will my order arrive?
In Bengaluru, orders placed before 8pm arrive the next day. Outside Bengaluru, your courier tracking link will tell you.
What if something is not right?
Tell us within a day of delivery. We replace it or refund you. No forms, no arguing.
How do I know there is nothing added?
We test every batch for pesticides and heavy metals, and we publish the reports. And most of our products have an ingredient list with exactly one thing on it.
Why does it cost more than the supermarket?
Slow methods give less. A wooden press needs far more groundnuts to make one litre of oil than a refinery does. The price is the cost of leaving the good things in.
How should I store my order?
Most items live happily in a cool, dry cupboard. Oils away from sunlight. Flours in an airtight tin. Each product page has a line on storage.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will work something out.
How do I reach a real person?
WhatsApp is fastest. A person replies — usually the same day.

Is your food vegan?
Most of it, naturally — oils, flours, dals, masalas, dry fruits and snacks are plant food. Our ghees and butters are dairy. Every product page says clearly what is inside, and plant-only products carry a naturally vegan mark.
I am gluten-free. Is your kitchen safe for me?
We run separate machines for gluten and gluten-free grains, so your ragi and millets never touch a machine that ground wheat. If you are coeliac, message us before ordering and we will walk you through how your item is made.
