Oil should smell of the seed it came from. Ours is pressed slowly in a wooden ghani, so the smell and the goodness stay in. The ghee is made the old bilona way — curd, churned, then simmered. Nothing refined, nothing rushed.

Made and packed in our own FSSAI certified kitchen (Lic. No. 11224333002948). We buy whole, we grind or press it ourselves, and nothing is added along the way. We run separate machines for gluten and gluten-free grains, so gluten-free stays truly gluten-free.
